The walks after eating can control blood sugar. when we eat it increase blood sugar in our body and it increase the risk of type-2 diabetes.study shows the if an adult walk 45 minutes after meals regularly can reduce overall blood sugar.
According to recent study walk after eating reduce 20% to 25% bad fat which is bad for heart.Long walk after eating can activate blood vessel 25% more than normal.
